All information about you is stored on a secure server behind an industry-standard firewall. In addition, your transactions are supported by industry-leading data encryption.

The following policy explains how Entourage Edge protects and secures your personal information.

Information Gathered

Entourage Edge's web-server automatically recognizes your domain name and e-mail address. Additionally, Entourage Edge collects the following information from visitors:

• Your e-mail address if you communicate with us via e-mail;
• Your name, shipping address, billing address, and credit card number if you order from us;
• Information about the use of the Entourage Edge apps in regards to usage, errors, and feedback;
• Information on what pages you access or visit; and
• Any information volunteered by you, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
• For user's who login using Google authentication, information regarding the user's name and profile information. This information is collected for the purposes of complying with Google's security requirements to enable Google authentication and to ensure secure access to the portions of the site that require secure login.

Entourage Edge does not condition participation in any activity by children under 13 on the disclosure of any more personal information than is necessary.

Use of Information

Entourage Edge uses the information we collect to respond to requests and process and ship orders, where applicable. The information is also used to enhance the level of service to our visitors and our mobile app users, to improve the content of our website and our mobile apps, and notify consumers about updates to our website and our mobile apps.

To better serve our customers, Entourage Edge does research on customer demographics, interests, and preferences based on information provided through its Websites and mobile apps. Entourage Edge may utilize aggregated data with business partners to better serve our customer base. Entourage Edge does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any customer names or other personally identifiable information collected through this site, or share it with any third parties except as necessary to process customer orders. Entourage Edge may share personally identifiable information (but never credit card numbers) with third parties with whom Entourage Edge has a relationship with respect to the specific product(s) sold. However, Entourage Edge will not make its customer lists available to third parties not related to the item you purchase.

Personal Preferences

If you have provided your e-mail address to us, Entourage Edge may send promotional messages about products or services that may be of interest to you. You can always send an email to help@schoolphotocloude.com, letting us know that you do not want information collected from you, that you do not wish to receive promotional messages, or that you wish to review and verify any information that Entourage Edge has collected from you.

Children

Our website and our mobile apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. Entourage Edge does not intend to gather personal information from children under 13, except to respond to specific e-mail requests, without parental consent. If you are under the age of 18, be sure to ask for permission from a parent or guardian before sending us any information about yourself. Parents can review or have deleted any personal information provided by their children by sending an e-mail to help@schoolphotocloud.com.
